These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website www.elisapeteiro.com and the associated subdomains used to present the projects developed by Elisa Peteiro.
Accessing the website implies acceptance of these terms.

The website is informative and works as a professional portfolio. Its main purpose is to showcase the artistic and digital work of Elisa Peteiro, present her projects and make it easier for photographers and other professionals interested in her services or in possible collaborations to get in touch.
At present there is no purchase, contracting or payment system integrated directly into the website. Possible collaborations or commissions are handled individually through direct communication by email, WhatsApp or other means agreed between the parties.
3. Proper use of the website
The user agrees to use the website lawfully, respectfully and in accordance with current legislation.
It is not permitted to use the website's content for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or in a way that may harm the rights or interests of Elisa Peteiro or third parties.
4. Intellectual property and AI-generated content
The original content published on the website belongs to Elisa Peteiro or is used with the corresponding authorization. Reproducing, copying, modifying, distributing or commercially using this content without prior authorization is prohibited, except where expressly permitted by current legislation.
Photographs belonging to professional photographers retain the corresponding rights of their authors or rights holders.
The babies, people, families and characters that appear in the examples on the website were generated with artificial intelligence for illustrative purposes and do not correspond to real people.
5. Clients' photographs
As part of a possible collaboration, a photographer may provide photographs of their clients so that Elisa Peteiro can create artistic or digital work. These photographs will not be considered material intended for publication.
Elisa Peteiro undertakes to use them exclusively to carry out the requested commission and to delete them once processed and the corresponding work has been delivered, within a maximum of 30 days from delivery, unless there is a legal obligation to keep them or an express agreement to the contrary.
They will not be published on the website, portfolio or social media, nor used for promotional purposes, without the corresponding authorization.
The photographer is responsible for holding the rights and authorizations needed to provide the photographs for the specific purpose of the commission, including the authorization of legal guardians when minors appear in them.
6. External links and services
The website may include links or content from external services used to display videos, facilitate communication or transfer files. These may include services such as YouTube, WhatsApp or WeTransfer.
Use of these services is subject to their own terms of use and privacy policies, which the user should consult when appropriate. Elisa Peteiro does not control the operation or policies of these services.

8. Custom songs
The custom song add-on includes writing the lyrics from the message provided by the client (in writing or as audio) and producing the music in the style chosen by the client. Two musical proposals are offered per commission, from which the client selects one; if neither convinces the client, one additional proposal will be offered.
The music is created with the support of artificial intelligence-assisted music production tools, under the creative direction of Elisa Peteiro (lyrics, style direction and final selection).
Because the work is generated with the support of artificial intelligence, the song is not subject to copyright that can be assigned. What is delivered is a commercial-use license, with no time limit, in accordance with the terms of the tool provider. This license covers use of the song in the commissioned video: including it in the video, delivering it to the recipient family and sharing it in the client's portfolio and social media, as well as at the celebration and as a personal keepsake.
The license does not include resale, sublicensing or independent commercial exploitation of the track, including its distribution or registration as one's own work on streaming platforms or other commercial channels.
As the music is generated with the support of artificial intelligence, it cannot be guaranteed that no similar composition exists.
9. Changes to the content
Elisa Peteiro may modify, update, expand or remove content from the website at any time without prior notice. She may also change the structure, design or operation of the pages and their subdomains.
10. Data protection
The processing of any personal data provided by users will be carried out in accordance with the Privacy policy available on this website.
11. Changes to these terms
These Terms of Use may be updated when necessary due to changes in how the project works, in the services offered or in applicable legislation. The version published on the website is the one in force at any given time.
